For our Offshore Project Site Execution we are looking for a structured and strong Master Planner to secure correct and timely manpower allocation for our offshore wind projects in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa)
What are my responsibilities?
• Allocating manpower to projects based on figures from sales and projects in execution
• Maintaining a global overview of needed manpower, split between Siemens technicians and subcontractors
• Supporting development and continuous improvement of master planning tools (Primavera / Excel)
• Creating monthly reports on the utilization of Siemens technicians for department management
• Registering and verifying actual recruiting against Master Plan
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Relevant technical education with experience from a planning function within wind power, production, offshore, marine, construction or other industries
• High MS Office (Excel) capabilities – VBA / Macro
• Ability to have the long term perspective in mind and plan accordingly
• Structured with a pragmatic mindset
• Strong communicator with intercultural understanding
• Good English skills both orally and in writing
