Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

  • You are responsible for the creation, monitoring and optimization of our advertising campaigns (Facebook and Google).
  • You are responsible for the analysis of the campaign results and thus optimize our strategy
  • You help to define and implement structured test plans to improve advertising efficiency and scaling (creative, landing pages, audiences, bidding, etc.)
  • You open up new possibilities for efficient advertising spending
  • You implement a solid test and learning approach to optimize campaigns
  • You guarantee flawless tracking of all campaigns and reporting of important KPIs
  • Together with Teamlead you will work on our marketing strategy
  • You take on your own projects and bear the responsibility for them

Your Profile

  • You already have two years of experience in online marketing, ideally with a focus on performance marketing, Facebook
  • You have experience working with relevant marketing tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics and/or Google Ads
  • Very good analytical skills, numerical reasoning and experience in MS Excel round off your profile
  • In addition, you have a particularly high interest in education in the digital field
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
  • You have successfully completed a university degree, ideally in marketing or comparable fields, or have appropriate vocational training with work experience
