Office Agent (English and Spanish and/or French)

Key Tasks:
- manage inbound and outbound calls from all clients and partners
- identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
- obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle inquiries
- research required information using available resources
- other administrative duties
Requirements:
- personality excellent command in English and Spanish and/or French language knowledge
- problem solving abilities
- working independently and in a positive team environment
- ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- precise and persistance
