Duties:

  • Co-responsible for the "End of Day Procedures" in the PMS system and balancing all financial reports

  • Checks the Rate Discrepancy Report and takes care of any discrepancies

  • Print all relevant reports and distribute them into the appropriate departmental subjects

  • Welcome and check in the guests taking into account the "Manage Arrival Process" (selection of suitable rooms, completion of the booking and input to the computer, handing over of the room pass and keys, luggage organization, updating and creation of guest profiles, orientation in the hotel and in the room) ; Ensuring the achievement of the CSI result

  • Check out departing guests according to the pre-defined "Manage Departure Process" (creating the guest bills, organizing transportation,), ensuring the achievement of the current CSI score

  • Accepts reservations in compliance with Jumeirah standards and enters this in the PMS

  • Adopts all relevant information, etc. from the previous layer, about business volume, special guests, tasks to be clarified and completed and special occurrences

  • Regularly attends meetings and shift assignments

Requirements: 

  • You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry.

  • You have a good knowledge of spoken and written German and English.

  • You have a good understanding of numbers, so you do not have to worry about making statistics and manager reports.

  • You have a good working knowledge of Opera, Micros Fidelio and MS Office
