Als medewerker backoffice zorg jij dat alle reserveringen correct verlopen. Via welk kanaal dan ook (online, telefonisch, mail). Ook onderhoud je het contact met diverse online kanalen (zoals Booking.com en ViaLuxury). Jij zorgt dat boekingen efficiënt en correct gemaakt worden. Dat we de verwachtingen van gasten overtreffen en hun eerste contactmoment onvergetelijk is. Systemen en automatisering zijn voor ons belangrijk en daar speel jij straks een grote rol in.

- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Administratief correct
- Je maakt systemen snel eigen
- Je bent stressbestendig en kunt meerdere dingen tegelijk oppakken
- Je bent gedisciplineerd en flexibel.
- Je werktijden zijn in overleg.
