Our team in Germany / Bayreuth is currently looking for a Manager Reverse Engineering (m/f)

Areas of responsibilities:

  • Management of current and future products for cost down proposals without effecting the customer experience in line with engineering team
  • Development of costs saving process ideas on new projects
  • Design of new processes to identify cost effective process solutions
  • Review high level scrap rates to reduce scrap rates
  • Development of solutions and ideas for cost effect fabrics with the Soft Good Development
  • Consideration of cost effect materials for standard applications
  • Work closely with all functions of Technologies and Soft Good Design

 

Profile of qualification:

  • Successfully completed university degree (Technician or Engineer)
  • 5-8 years experience in quality management - ideally in consumer goods
  • Experience in a similar role - ideally in China
  • Experience with soft and hard goods
  • Injection molding and Manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge in quality planning tools and methods
  • Excellent command of English, Chinese is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
