FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting a Logistics Co-ordinator for a permanent position based in Dublin 15, immediate start.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and verification of all shipping documents;
- Organising inbound/outbounds shipment and updating the system;
- Liaising with between Operations, Trading Coordinators and Drivers to ensure all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations;
- Updating calendar entries and stock levels on a daily basis.
About you:
- Previous experience experience in a similar role (warehouse/shipping/logistic coordinator) - essential;
- Knowledge of ERP/ Warehouse/ Freight management systems;
- Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to multi-task whilst working to tight deadlines;
- High level of attention to detail & excellent communication and IT skills.
