Your Typical Day will include •Provide Lean expertise and project leadership, take ownership of implementing Lean methodology using Danfoss Productivity Program (DPP) tools and standards •Create long term activity roadmaps and lean transformation projects for our European factories •Drive improving results by leveraging lean tools, consulting skills, and change management process and take primary responsibility for implementation of lean initiatives within manufacturing plants and its associated value streams •Challenge and support factory and divisional management to drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement •Provide guidance and coaching to production leaders in the development of Lean Manufacturing and coordination of all activities related to 5S events, KAIZEN, SMED, etc. that are designed to improve throughput, reduce lead times, reduce inventories, improve quality and reduce costs •Responsible for support and development of Lean Experts/Navigators, Continuous Improvement specialists, supervisors, operators and managers •Drive Kaizen and step change projects

What we look for •Master degree in Engineering, Business or related fields •Solid leadership experience gained within manufacturing environment in a large or medium-sized manufacturing company, e.g. as plant manager or head of production, combined with experience in implementing Lean Management tools and methods •Ability to connect and communicate with people at all levels •Mastery of a variety of improvement lean tools •Black Belt Certification, Master Black Belt is a plus •Strong drive for delivering results and significant achievements •Training and coaching/influencing skills •Strong analytical and project management skills •Fluent in English, any other additional languages are beneficial •Ability and willingness to travel up to 100%, domestic and international For more information about the position, please contact Evgenia Wittal, Talent Acquisition Manager EMA on +49 69 8902384.
