Lean Production Intern

• Creation of statistics and analysis of the main business KPIs
• Optimization of production flows
• Create the instructions for the operators, based on all the information learned in the photographic cycle, to improve the flexibility and reduce the errors
• Create a photographic cycle to find the information (materials, assembly methodologies, critic points, balance, special tools, torque and DPI) useful to the creation of work instructions and to guarantee the optimal work for the operator
• Kaizen project management and development support

• Management engineering degree
• Know how to use the mains computer applications (Excel)
• Analysis and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Lean production
• Management knowledge
• Knowledge of English and Italian

The resource will work in an office with 5 employees and have to collaborate with all the department in the factory.
