IT SERVICE DESK - A highly specialized company in support services for retail companies with stores, warehouses and branch offices distributed worldwide is looking for IT SERVICE DESK operators. The goal of the service desk is to ensure that IT services function efficiently and that users receive the assistance they need to do their jobs, thus ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

- Remote assistance for applications and processes;
- Technical Specialization Course, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- Experience with configuring Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, OneDrive and Google Drive;
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, autonomy, and a proactive attitude, with resilience to perform well under pressure;
- Experience with Windows, MacOS, Linux (installing and configuration);
- Experience in assembling Computer Hardware and peripherals;
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, task prioritization, and a strong sense of ethics and responsibility.
- Empathy, listening skills, organization skills and attitude to work in a team;
- Proficiency in English language, oral and written;
- Proficiency in either Slovenian o Swedish or Dutch language (level C1/C2)
