About the department

You get the opportunity to join an international team in Bagsværd, Denmark. Part of our responsibilities is implementation and rollout of IT processes globally in Novo Nordisk in close collaboration with key stakeholders. The IT processes are used by IT personnel in Novo Nordisk worldwide.



The job

You will attend at project aiming at simplifying and increasing usability of the quality management system used by the IT personnel across all business areas in Novo Nordisk. In this role you will mainly be involved in planning and execution of organisational change management activities to ensure the IT personnel are informed, understand the changes and how the changes might impact them. You will also be involved in other day to day activities in the project.



Qualifications

We are looking for an intern who has a keen interest in IT and quality. You are currently studying on your master’s degree in IT preferably including change management. Knowledge and interest in governance of IT is preferred. We expect that you are service minded, good at communicating, have a high level of drive, have a quality mindset and are a team worker. Fluency in both oral and written English are required as well.



Practicalities

Qualification: Students in their first or second year of their master studies.

Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4 months.

Start date: 1 February 2016.
