Gladsaxe, 1 stilling

- Student & Internship

- Denmark - Bagsværd

At Novo Nordisk, we share a passion for changing patients’ lives, and we are always looking for talented individuals who want to join us in this effort. Our internships provide exciting learning opportunities for students who bring new ways of thinking to our company.

About the department

Would you like to be challenged by handling interesting assignments in a rapidly changing environment, and at the same time make the link between business decisions and the financial consequences? If so, you now have the opportunity to be part of an ambitious global tax group aiming to deliver world class tax support.

The job

You will support the Compliance and Transfer Pricing teams in Corporate Tax with day-to-day business processes and tasks. In this role, you will assist developing models for tax analysis and reporting, be part of tax related projects to ensure continued compliance within the tax area, work with team members on ad-hoc analysis and assist with various communication assignments towards internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are looking for an intern who is passionate about accounting and tax. You are currently studying your master’s degree in business economics, auditing, tax or other relevant field. General knowledge of economics or accounting is a must, and knowledge of business tax is an advantage but not a requirement. The job requires strong analytical skills combined with a structured, result-oriented approach and you are able to deliver complex data in a structured and simple manner. Furthermore, you are expected to be strong in the use of MS Office, especially Excel. Fluency in both oral and written English, the ability to manage a large volume of tasks (with supervision), sound personal judgment and excellent interpersonal skills are required.

You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative and you bring a can-do attitude together with a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning.

Practicalities

Qualification: Students in their first or second year of their master studies.

Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months.

Start date: 01 February 2016
