Marine Power is taking the next steps from traditional Business Process Management (BPM) to Intelligent BPM (IBPM). We will take traditional static processes and transform them to a level where end users would be able to “live” in them.



The Intelligent Business Process Management (IBPM) Lead will lead the transformation to executable and automated processes by building up a sustainable way of working, enhance the IBPM platform and support the Marine Power businesses in this transformation. The work involves both hands on technical development as well as strategic development of the IBPM platform. You will be joining a small team of skilled professionals and work daily with many colleagues around the Marine Power and IT organizations.



Main Responsibilities

  • Lead role in IBPM execution transformation
  • Bring business and IT together enabling execution of business processes
  • Be the IBPM execution expert for Marine Power
  • Secure Marine Power development and enhancement of the IBPM Automation Platform
  • Secure and develop IBPM way of working
  • Lead and implement IBPM automation projects

     

This Is What We Would Expect From You

  • Proactive personality, with an entrepreneurial drive and a can-do attitude
  • Desire to get involved with the latest technologies and to become an expert in IBPM
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. studies in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Hands-on experience with both object oriented and scripting development
  • Knowledge of database & integration technologies (e.g. API usage, authentication mechanisms)
  • Good communication and visualisation skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experiences

     

These Skills Would Be Seen As An Advantage

  • Experience in business process modelling software’s like Camunda or other applications with BPMN 2.0 standards
  • Experience in process automations and/or robotic process automation technologies (e.g., UiPath)
  • Experience with the platforms SAP, Salesforce or Teamcenter
  • Experience in delivering Agile project management
  • Experience of CI/CD (Atlassian) practices of deploying frontend and backend applications
