Inside Sales Representative with Swiss German

Our Cork based multinational client currently has a permanent vacancy for an Inside Sales Representative with Swiss German to join their team

As part of the company’s growth strategy across EMEA, they are currently recruiting for Sales Associates to join their Inside Sales function

Please note: This position will be based in Cork Ireland for first 12 months and will then be relocating to Munich Germany.

Interested candidates must be available to attend an assessment day in Munich on the 22nd or 23rd of May.

Responsibilities

·         Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications and offer extension to new and/or existing B2B customers.

• Create and identify new business opportunities by interacting with a wide variety of accounts from small and medium sized, to large enterprise businesses.
• Meet activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments and opportunities identified.
• Maintain contact with customers in an assigned territory to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution and help to drive the expansion 

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English is essential
• Previous Sales or Sales Associate experience, approx 1 - 2 years.
• Precious experience in IT Sales.
• Previous experience in an Outbound Department would be beneficial
• IT Storage background  
• Ability to handle constructive customer feedback and implement ideas for process improvement
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal at all levels
• Ability to work on one’s own initiative as well as part of a team
• Competency/awareness of social media tools in a business context
• Be an enthusiastic, self motivated individual with a passion for sales
• “Can Do” / “Winner” attitude essential.
