Then this is your opportunity to step into the heart of the LEGO Group´s digital innovation in a new HR Business Partner role. Be a trusted business partner to the digital business In this new role, you will be HR Business Partner for the Digital Games and Future Lab organisations, which are the frontrunners within creating and enhancing digital LEGO Play experiences. Here, you will drive the HR agenda, provide sparring for the Leadership Team and people managers as well as ensure organisational effectiveness. Our current focus is leadership development, globalisation and organisational health. In particular, your responsibilities include: Translating and bridging overall HR direction into the two organisations in collaboration with the HR Director to create business impact. Developing and driving the HR core processes and setting clear targets to support business goals. Challenge and spar with the leaders on all HR and leadership related issues. Supporting the leaders in establishing a scalable and adaptable organisation, while implementing correct processes as well as driving strong and value-based on boarding. Being the advisor and link between Labour Relations, the business and other involved parties in employee related cases. Skilled HR Professional with a collaborative nature Getting a feel for what we have set out do with the digital agenda and its ramifications into other LEGO Areas will be the key to your success in this position. You will be working in a much broader context than "just" your business units. As such, you must have strong collaboration skills to navigate in a multiple stakeholder landscape combined with: A master´s degree in Business Administration, HRM or similar, giving you a methodical and analytical approach - and you are not put off by Excel and working with insights 3-5 years of HR Business Partner experience working with core HR processes in a position where you have catered for leaders on HR issues A broad and deep HR tool box and a strong business acumen An ability to work with processes and organisational development An empathetic approach and ability to gain the trust of leaders and employees An empathetic approach and ability to gain the trust of leaders and employees Join the global family of LEGO In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
