As a Housekeeper at our property management company specializing in hotels and apartments, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests and residents. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all assigned areas are kept in impeccable condition, adhering to established cleanliness standards and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires attention to detail, time management skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Job Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Perform routine cleaning tasks in hotel rooms, apartments, and common areas.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces in assigned areas.
Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and used.
Room Inspections:

Conduct thorough inspections of rooms and apartments to ensure they meet company standards before guest check-ins.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
Customer Service:

Interact with guests and residents in a friendly and professional manner.
Address any special requests or concerns promptly and effectively.
Laundry Services:

Handle laundry tasks, including washing, folding, and ironing as needed.
Monitor and maintain inventory of linens and cleaning supplies.
Compliance:

Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a sanitary and safe environment.
Follow company policies and procedures related to housekeeping duties.

    • Proven experience as a housekeeper or a similar role in a hotel or property management setting.
    • Familiarity with cleaning products and techniques.

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
