For our construction department in Belgium we are looking for a Home Office Construction Manager who will have the following responsibilities:

-             Provide Project with all Construction services and deliverables necessary to support the project execution.

-             Drives the construction driven engineering approach. 

-             Define PoC and participate in interactive schedule sessions

-             Drive the Constructability process and verify the implementation in the design phases.

-             Development of Construction Execution plans, construction scopes and construction estimates

-             Development of site mobilization plans and drawings.

-             Supports the AWP process

-             Prepared to visit client sites.

-             Excellent writing skills. 

-             Minimum 15 years of experience in project construction roles & companies providing services to (petro)chemical, Refining or chemical sector.
