Company Description Atlantica Belvedere Resort & Spa Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer at Atlantica Belvedere Hotel & Resort in Kos. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns. The Guest Relations Officer will also be responsible for coordinating with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and German at least one other language
Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles
Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with tact and professionalism
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel software is a plus
Staff Accommodation free, single room with transfer.
3 meals per day.
