We are looking for a Global Recruitment Manager to partner with the regional recruiting teams and hiring leaders to take recruitment to a whole new level and support Danfoss in recruiting the right talents for our digital transformation and to further accelerate profitable growth. You will build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to effectively manage the hiring demand and recruiting processes across Danfoss, and you will focus on maximising the effectiveness and efficiency in recruitment. Finally, you will ensure standardisation, collect and introduce recruitment best practices and enhance our employment brand in the recruitment process.

You will be part of our Global Talent Acquisition Team and report to our Head of Talent Acquisition, and you can expect approx. 50 travel days globally per year. For the right candidate, we are flexible as regards the location. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as an experienced recruitment manager and change agent, and has managed global recruitment programmes.

Facilitate strategy implementation and be a trusted advisor As our Global Recruitment Manager, you will, in close collaboration with key stakeholders, develop and implement recruitment strategies, processes and standards supporting hiring needs and maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of our recruitments. You will focus on an end-to-end customer-centred approach to deliver a great recruitment experience to candidates and hiring managers and provide functional management and mentorship to the regional recruitment teams. You will contribute to and drive both global and regional Talent Acquisition projects as required and establish essential metrics to drive hiring manager and recruiting team efforts that enable us to hire the right candidates. Furthermore, you will develop and optimise our recruitment budget, cost and vendor management. Finally, you will establish best practice supporting internal mobility and connect recruitment to candidate sourcing and employer branding.

Solid business acumen and global experience To be a success in this role, you: •Have solid experience from a role directly responsible for partnering and influencing senior leaders •Are experienced in leading a recruiting function in a large corporate environment •Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English •Are data-driven with the ability to establish track records and report on metrics •Have demonstrated the ability to work in a matrix setup – the ability to earn trust, build strong relationships, and manage by influencing others within and outside the organisation •Have deep knowledge of recruitment strategies, technologies and best practice
