Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (with some flexibility)

The Company - We are not your typical call centre

IDG Direct is a dynamic and fast growing telemarketing, and research Company providing demand generation services to the IT industry. The operation currently employs 320 multilingual agents, and is forecast to continue to grow. Our telemarketing agents make 5.2 million telemarketing and research calls to over 120 countries. Our language profile continues to increase, we are currently offering over 30 languages. The operation is international, covering several time zones.

 The successful applicant will be:

 Performing quality checks of leads generated to ensure that:

  • No information is missing
  • Data meets the requirements of the campaign
  • Correct lead templates are used
  • Lead reports are supplied at a timely fashion
  • Running quality assurance checks on lead reports
  • Liaising with Contact Centre team members and proactively making suggestions on workflow improvement

 The ideal candidate will meet the following selection criteria:

  • Strong English language skills
  • Business level of verbal and written German and/or French
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft office package i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
