Let's Work recruits Geriatric Nurses.

Tasks:

  • Care of pressure injuries

  • Treatment of c ardiovascular, respiratory and Genitoury diseases

  • Work in a multi-disciplinairy team

  • Establishing a patient care plan and setting health goals

  • Providing a healthy and comfortable environment

  • Administering medications to patients based on a care plan

  • address physical, psycho social, cultural and family concerns as well

  • provide personal care such as bathing

Profile:

  • Degree in Nursing

  • Previous experience is a plus

  • Strong clinical and technical skills

  • provide patient care on a personal level

  • Problem solving and decision making skills

  • passion for patient care

  • You have good verbal and written communication skills in English or French

  • Motivated to learn Dutch ( Flemish department )

  • You want to work in shifts ( day, night, weekend)
