Main tasks:
- check ins/outs;

- customer service;
- concierge service;

- billing process.

 

Background required:
- Academic level (Hospitality or related);
- Previous experience in hospitality sector (4 and 5 star hotels);

- Mandatory languages: English and portuguese;

- Being a client-oriented person.
