This role is for a Front Office Agent at Skiathos Palace. As a Front Office Agent, the successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing them with relevant information about the hotel facilities, local restaurants, and tourist attractions in the area. They will also handle check-ins and check-outs and process payments. Additionally, the Front Office Agent will receive and direct phone calls and support other hotel departments as necessary.

Anforderungen an die Stelle
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Greek
  • Experience with PMS (ideally Protel)
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
  • Prior Front Office experience is a plus
