Key Responsibilities:
- Investigating and resolving, or escalating customer support queries
- Providing the highest standard of customer service at all times, thinking proactively how to exceed customer expectations.
- Proactively helping in improving the efficiency of inbound customer service
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to our customer service
- Supporting proactive account management by identifying at risk customers
- Increasing the number of customer referrals and testimonials
- Sharing skills and experience within the team and supporting your colleagues in their tasks
Skills & Experience
- Experience of supporting software products in a customer service role
- A professional telephone manner and writing skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Good general IT skills, including experience of both desktop and web-based email clients
- A good understanding of HTML basics
- European language skills a benefit
Desirable:
- A basic understanding of working with digital images
- An interest in or experience of digital marketing
Person Specification:
- Positive team-working skills & flexible approach
- Tactful and empathetic with strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Confident at managing client relationships – also knowing when and how to say no
- Ability to understand how your role relates to the overall goals of the business
