FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR

GOLDEN GOOSE HOLDINGS LTD OPERATING AS SEA TO SKY MCDONALD’S - Squamish, BC - Canada

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food.

• Maintain standards for raw and finished product quality, service and speed, quality and cleanliness.

• Control labour hours and cash flow while on shift.

• Maintain records for safety and appropriately document performance and incidents in personnel files.

• Complete shift paperwork.

• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

• Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.

• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

• May participate in the hiring of crew members and assist in developing policies, procedures and budgets.

• Know and help enforce and educate crew on appropriate personnel policies, labour laws, and security

and safety procedures.

• Share knowledge and experience with the crew.

• Receive deliveries.

• Complete equipment maintenance.

• Other duties as assigned.
