Join FLC as a Marine Senior Planner

FLC (Femern Link Contractors) is seeking a talented and experienced Marine Senior Planner to join our team. As a Marine Senior Planner, you will play a crucial role in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Project Planning team, ensuring effective project delivery and providing solid scheduling updates and KPIs status.

About FLC:

FLC is a joint venture consisting of nine international construction companies. Our mission is to design and construct a state-of-the-art immersed tunnel, tunnel portals, and ramps. We are committed to delivering this project on time, safely, and in a sustainable and ethical manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update the contractual Baseline Programme, complying with approved General Management Plans for the Marine Part.
  • Develop and implement Lean and Last Planner System meetings.
  • Perform monthly progress updates via the Last Planner System into Primavera P6 and compile schedule variances analysis.
  • Support with Change Management/Time Impact analysis.
  • Prepare S-Curves on different KPIs.
  • Raise early warnings and prepare mitigation proposals with respect to time.

Anforderungen an die Stelle

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
  • +8 years' experience in Planning, Scheduling, and Control in EPC of Heavy Marine Infrastructure projects.
  • Competency with CPM scheduling software Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, TILOS, 4D Construction Planning is a must.
  • Good understanding and experience in the implementation of Site Diaries and 4 Week Look Ahead processes and digital tools.
  • Good understanding of construction industry heavy equipment and subcontractor's management.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 and willing to explore and develop skills in Power BI.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills in English.
