Finance Manager for Operations Finance

Take on one of the most exciting challenges in Operations Finance In the role as Finance Manager, you will be based in Billund, Denmark. Here, you act as a trusted adviser and partner for the business to leverage thorough analyses, consider financial and non-financial factors and deliver balanced recommendations. To do this, you engage and influence the stakeholders leading the direct categories to manage all financial aspects of their areas, ensuring optimal business and finance decisions for the LEGO Group. Moreover, you: Provide decision support analysis for organisation specific projects and initiatives to achieve business goals Ensure financial visibility through financial planning and analysis, including month-end close, management reporting and regular reviews to extract insights and impact the organisation Drive the governance agenda to ensure compliance, shape existing and new policies in anticipation of changing business conditions and stakeholder requirements Take charge of process optimisation, efficacy and operational excellence Provide finance a single point of contact for the direct category leaders to engage cross-functional finance teams Great team player and expert leader The LEGO Group is an international family-owned business, where collaboration and team-spirit shapes everything we do. Experienced financial profile with a global mind-set In this position, you need to be able to communicate and build good relations with the entire business, both locally and globally. Moreover, you need to muster an opinion when challenged and deal with change, to secure quality on several finance processes simultaneously. To succeed, you: Have 7+ years of finance experience in positions of increasing responsibility and 5+ years of experience with business partnering and financial planning, analysing FMCG or IT industries Hold a degree within Accounting, Finance or Business with strong business acumen and knowledge of business analytics related to procurement or supply chain Can translate finance theory into practice and provide meaningful guidance to influence leadership teams and staff members Can function in an international organisation, work across countries and cultures and accept diversity as a plus to team performance Are an excellent organiser with an ability to engage different teams and manage multiple tasks and projects, and experience in SAP & MS Office is advantageous Have excellent communicative skills and speak and write English effortlessly Join the global LEGO® Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO® Community.
