Your responsibilities

• Support the brand team in managing the Uniper brand portfolio, corporate design, and branded media assets and ensure compliance with and implementation of Uniper’s brand standards in line with the overall Uniper business and communication strategy
• Support the brand team in managing Uniper’s brand strategy, positioning and architecture (company naming, branding, trademark registration, etc), incl. safeguarding and aligning brand with marketing communication campaigns and sponsorships
• Develop and manage corporate design guidelines (including imagery and video / animation guidelines) and ensure their consistent implementation across the Group, especially for key external and internal stakeholder touchpoints like websites / social media, corporate collateral, advertisements, and events / live communication (conferences, trade fairs, public Uniper events)
• Close cooperation with all Uniper business units in Germany and abroad for the efficient implementation of effective brand communication
• Conduct brand monitoring and market research
• Management and maintenance of the Uniper image database including the realization of photo shoots
• Provide Uniper-customized and general design assets and stock material (e.g., images, videos, templates) for Group-wide use 
• Manage the global merchandise shop (operated by an external supplier) and oversee any creation of Uniper-branded merchandise 
• Create digital content (e.g., infographics, videos) and marketing collateral (e.g., general presentations, company brochure)
• Support company events like AGM, Leadership Meetings and Employee meetings with targeted brand material including brand-related advice on direction and proceeding
• Develop holistic designs for Uniper exhibition stands at major international conferences and trade fairs such as E-world, GasTech, etc.   

Your profile

• Professional background in brand management and corporate design
• Several years’ experience in and passion for brand management and communication
• University degree, preferably with a focus on Communication, Brand Management or Economics/Business 
• Has successfully managed brand management projects, also working with external partners
• Preferably good knowledge of the Uniper organization and the energy sector
• Proven design acumen and experience with key design processes and applications 
• Ability to transform complex content into convincing designs tailored to key target groups 
• Proven capability to work with stakeholders on all levels and from a wide range of backgrounds
• Excellent communication skills in German and English in speaking and writing
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Highly organized and capable of working on multiple tasks/projects to tight deadlines
• Detail-focused yet also capable to assess topics from a strategic viewpoint
• Strong personal credibility, excellent team-working skills
• Customer- and service-oriented 
• Good sense of humor and enjoyment of creativity
