ERP Implementation Consultant

As Implementation Consultant you will be involved in projects from the presales phase until go live. You will have a wide range of technically-oriented responsibilities: You will analyze the client's requirements and translate them into a configuration solution. You will make functional analyses for gaps concerning interfaces and reporting and map the needed data. In the area of consistency, performance and maintenance and in line with the standards, you will determine the most efficient, effective and user friendly implementation solution for the defined needs. You will determine the budget for the configuration, migration and reporting. You will configure the functional solution and/or manage the configuration. You will perform data migrations and develop reporting tools. You manage all technical aspects of the system such as batches and security, you will provide test cases and analyze test results, provide technical support, etc… You will have the opportunity to broaden the scope of your job and be involved in e.g. Data Migration, BI, Business Consulting, Account Management...

You have a Master degree, preferably in computer science, engineering or economics.

You have several years of relevant experience with software implementation projects and migrations; experience with ETL tools and/or reporting tools (Crystal reports, Business Objects…) is a plus. Experience within an international environment is a plus.

You have a creative but critical attitude and an analytical mind. You have the ability to understand needs and clearly translate them into solutions.

You have excellent communication, presentation and writing skills. You are fluent in English and Dutch (willing to learn Dutch). Knowledge any other European language is a plus.

You have a strong interest in technological innovations and have a basic knowledge of business and financial processes.

You are a team player. You are dynamic, positive, organized and service-oriented.

Knowledge of the leasing business is a plus.

You are prepared to travel (up to 50%).
