Entertainers - Iberostar Hotels - Season 2024 (Spain)

We are starting our 2024 Talent Campaign for our Entertainment Department. We are looking for professionals who want to participate in our two week training in April and join our teams across Spain. If you are an entertainer, musician or dancer, we want to hear from you!

What will your day look like?

• You will work with guests of different nationalities, characters and personalities.
  You will teach sports, creative activities or perform shows for our different age groups depending on which team you join.
  You will share our values and treat our guests in a friendly, cordial and professional manner to encourage their participation, never pressuring them and ensuring their satisfaction.
  You will create a relationship of trust, making them feel comfortable and welcome at all times, being understanding and tolerant.
  You will ensure the safety of our guests through out the activities.
  You will guarantee that the space and tools necessary for the activity are prepared and meet the quality and hygiene standards before and after these.
  You will cooperate with the different departments for the diffusion of the program of activities.
   

Who is the ideal person for this position?

• Training related to the position.

• Dynamic, proactive and creative attitude.
• A high level of English is essential and German is highly valued.
• Flexible schedule.
