Customer Support Hybrid - German speaker

Are you deeply enthusiastic about the automotive sector?  Are you fluent in German and possess a strong command of English? 

Are you currently living in Lisbon and do you find fulfillment in assisting others and boast a track record in customer support?

You will handle incoming calls in German from the hotline, address inquiries from German market buyers and respond to them through various communication channels and regularly liaising with multiple internal departments, as well as collaborating with fellow colleagues.

At least a High School Diploma (mandatory);
Experience in a call center;
Native German speaker;
Advanced English skills (C1);
Resilience and commitment to the project;
Knowledge/interest in cars (an advantage);

What do we have to offer you?

- Base salary of €1500;
- €5,20 meal allowance per working day;

- Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
