Customer Service Representative with French in Poland

 So what is involved? 

• The Customer Service Representative with French is responsible for handling incoming customer queries (phone and e-mail) and supporting business clients.  They are tasked with providing a solution for every new request reported by the customer. When necessary they pass the request on to the higher level of technical support.

 Requirements:           

• Fluency in French combined with good English knowledge
• Computer literacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in working with business clients, call centre experience will be an advantage
• Commitment to customer needs, proactive and positive approach to the customer issues
• Multitasking skills
• General IT knowledge (Windows, Office applications, Internet Explorer)
