We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues able to speak on B2/C1 level and GERMAN or FRENCH or SPANISH or DUTCH or POLISH or ITALIAN or PORTUGUESE or SPANISH or RUSSIAN who has at least basic IT knowledge and willingness to learn and develop more and more.    We are waiting for you!   • Are sociable person,
  • Have great listening skills and passion to help others,
  • Are polite and tactful (even with some not very happy customers),
  • Are able to analyze information and solve problems,
  • Are always optimistic and positive (or just trying to be),
  • Have some basic IT skills.

 YOU WILL:  

  • Work in international environment in the biggest IT company in Brno,
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a foreign language,
  • Provide customer support to our B2B clients, where you will be responsible for providing satisfactory resolution

This vacancy is to be filled at the European Jobday Contact Centre on October 8, 2016, in presence of the Employer and Le Forem.



You can attend prior to a preparatory workshop for the European Job Day Contact Centre. 

During this workshop, you will receive information on the content of functions, the employers that will attend as well as on the development of the day.
