As a Customer Service Officer, you’re responsible for the first-line support towards our customers. You will register incidents or immediately delegate these to our operations engineers. You will join a growing team that is responsible for providing first-class engineering support within our DataMiner Integrated Operations Center. Our DMS-IOC is a team of seasoned IT & OSS experts who are consulted by Skyline customers around the world for support in their day-to-day DataMiner-powered operation.
