For our renowned client in Hamburg, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our temporary employment agency as a Customer Care Administrator (m/f/d). Become part of a dynamic team and ensure satisfied customers!

Your tasks

• Provide competent telephone and email support to multilingual customers for our shops
• Handle complaints and special requests
• Use our inventory management system
• Secure navigation in our online and eBay shops, as well as other marketplaces
• Close coordination and collaboration with all relevant departments (e-commerce and online shop management, as well as logistics)

Experience

• Enjoyment of making phone calls and writing emails
• Very good German and English skills
• Multitasking is a given
• High affinity for online retail and commercial thinking
• Customer focus, teamwork skills, and flexibility
• Possibly another foreign language (Italian, Spanish, or French)
