We are looking for an active and motivated person, capable of planning, executing and controlling the sales and loyalty strategy of the company. You must respond to a commercial profile with great ability to work in a team and under pressure. The main mission is to manage reservations and, based on this, to build the sales strategy of the department. Among its tasks will also be to answer calls, mails and other communication channels.
This is a perfect position for a person with a desire to grow professionally in the tourism and sales sector.
Location: Camping Sènia Cala Gogo
Working day: Full time
Season: Duration of contract: Variable from April to early September 2023. Possibility of contract for the whole year.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Time availability. Availability from Monday to Sunday.
Salary: According to agreement + incentives by department.

Languages: Speak 3 of the following languages correctly: Catalan, Spanish, French, English, German, Dutch.
Experience: Experience in tourism companies. Experience in customer service.
Education: TEAT Degree (Technician in Tourism Companies and Activities) or Degree in Tourism. Knowledge in customer service and sales strategies. Computer user level knowledge.
Functions to be performed: Receive and manage telephone calls from customers from all over Europe, Accept reservations for the group's establishments, Provide information on the group's campsites, Review and consultation of availabilities in specific program, Resolution of doubts and completion of sales.
Languages: Speak 3 of the following languages correctly: Catalan, Spanish, French, English, German, Dutch.
Aptitudes: Pleasant and empathetic customer service, commercial motivation towards telephone sales, teamwork, communication skills, empathy, people skills, good attitude, responsibility. Flexibility, technical skills, initiative. Willingness to continue training.
