Commerce Presales Consultant (EMEA)



Sitecore is looking for a skilled Presales Consultant for the EMEA region with knowledge of Commerce and ERP technology. We are looking for a professional with a solid background in Commerce and expertise with e-commerce knowledge and experience in IT (.NET) architecture. Experience with Microsoft AX and Commerce Server is a plus.



As the Commerce Pre Sales Consultant you will act as the expert on the Sitecore platform and be responsible for assisting our EMEA sales team with technical insights, product presentations and solution architectures for some of the most visionary and prominent businesses in EMEA. You will gain a broad technical knowledge of the Sitecore Platform, which you will be using to achieve the above. You will join our team at a time where we are starting to build the world-class pre-sales organization of tomorrow, which allows for grand thinking and visionary work.





Role description



This is a unique opportunity to come onboard a fast-growing company that is disrupting e-commerce and take a critical role into Sitecore´s expansion, as well as inspiring change into our clients' businesses.



The Commerce Pre-Sales Consultant role is critical as it consists into securing the technical close and business match in close collaboration with the regional teams throughout EMEA. Doing so, you collaborate with Sitecore Sales, Project, Engineering, and Technical Support teams.

•Support and Lead technical presentations, demonstrations and business and developer-centric product evaluations specific to Commerce

•Define and present Sitecore implementation architectures and project blueprints for customers and partners associated with Commerce

•Develop / Collaborate on use case demonstrations and proofs of concept in collaboration with sales, product specialists and product development for show casing Sitecore’s Commerce capabilities and features

•Support and / or Lead technical responses to RFI / RFP

•Maintain highest level of technical and market knowledge; create thought leadership through writing, user group presentations, Sitecore community involvement

•Evangelize Sitecore Commerce in EMEA across all routes to market



The successful candidate will:



Be able to identify any technical issues to assure complete client satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. You must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with our client's technical staff.

•Have strong technical knowledge on Commerce architecture (preferably .Net)

•Experience from international Commerce implementation projects

•High-passion for adapting and applying new technologies

•Good understanding of the Microsoft .NET technology stack

•Great communication skills and proven track record in communicating technical topics

•The ability to work independently and proactively

•Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in other European languages is advantageous



This position will be reporting into the Commerce Sales Lead, EMEA. The location is preferably Copenhagen, but for the right candidate arrangements can be made.



Travel: 40%
