Responsibilities

  • Work as a Network Support Engineer supporting customers through phone, email, and case management system to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Monitoring of customer systems
  • Implementation of changes and configurations
  • Escalation of complex problems to a senior engineer

Experience and skills

  • Experience with Cisco router and switch technology
  • Cisco CCNP certificate or comparable knowledge
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Business communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
