We are hiring, welcome onboard!

We all have a great love for the sea, nature, experiences beyond the ordinary and not least for service and quality in everything we do.

Our guests always come to us with high expectations and our goal is not only to meet those but in every way we can exceed their expectations.

This is where you come in, this is where everyone who works with us comes in.

We work according to the key words Passion, Joy and Commitment.

Passion - We are passionate about what we do and we are passionate about the place we work at. It is expressed that we love nature, the history that the place carries. We want to share this. That is why passion is important, then it becomes real. Real service and real joy.

Joy - We want to have fun when we work. We work hard and it is often tough, long shifts, hence even more important to have fun together. If we have fun, our guests have fun. We create joy together by working for each other and when we are not working we enjoy everything else in life.

Commitment - We always do the little extra for our guests. And a little bit more. Commitment, for us it is about giving our guests an unforgettable experience. It can be anything from spontaneously serving an entire meal up in the lighthouse, holding morning yoga there, to helping a guest find the perfect motif for photos or simply reminding them to cancel dinner to watch the amazing sunset. It is our common commitment that creates service, that creates experiences, which in turn creates regulars.

We are a small awardwinning hotel and restaurant on the little island of Hamneskär on the swedish westcoast. The island is famous for it´s spectacular lighthouse Pater Noster.
