Chef de Rang (m/f)
Your Tasks:
- Is responsible for attending to guests at the restaurant and bar areas
- Ensures that service runs perfectly
- Is responsible for directing and supervising the active workers and apprentices at the restaurant
- Takes care of room service orders and ensures that service is carried out properly
- Complies with mandatory HACCP policies
- Optimizes sales in the restaurant area by means of upselling
Your Profile:
- Several years of work experience in the premium hotel / gastronomy industry
- Completed vocational training in the hospitality / restaurant field
- Excellent German or English skills; additional languages are desirable
- Organizational skills; team player; leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of wines (national and international)
- Ambitious and motivated; enjoys interacting with people
- Strong service and quality orientation
- Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
- A can-do attitude and a hands-on mentality; highly engaged
- Team player; able to handle stress
