Beschreibung des Stellenangebots
Mission:
Preparaing and processing food, preparing meals and desserts, arranging meals and help with their serving. Coordinating the work of other employees as requested by the Head of Kitchen or Head of Kitchen Assistent, in their absence
Main tasks:
- prepares the necessary amount of food (according to the board plan of meals and by the standards),
- prepares food (thermal processing, decorating) and issues board meals and meals from the menu,
- supervises the quality of meals issued to established standards,
- if needed prepares meals for vary events (congresses, symposium, etc.)
- in agreement with the superior orders and takes the necessary materials, food and drink for work,
- handles the food in proper way and contributes to the quality of food in warehouses,
- helps to wash and maintain kitchen equipment, appliances, work surfaces and work area,
- applies the measures and means of safety at work.
- applies uniformity workers standards (appropriate uniform, nameplate, adequate hygiene and personal image),
- applies measures and standards of HACCP control system,
- on behalf of the Head of kitchen or Head of kitchen assistent organizes and monitors the work shift, responsible for the accuracy of arrivals and departures, carries out daily tasks and report to him/her about everything important for the organization of work
- performs other duties as requested by the direct superior.
