- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain inventory levels and minimize waste.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
