We are currently looking for enthusiastic, creative and motivated chefs to join our team at Compass Group Sweden!

Tasks and requirements:

We are currently looking for a passionate chef who wants to join a team where focus is on exceptional customer service and great teamwork. With curiosity and enthusiasm, you strive to create delicious dishes with focus on sustainability.

You prepare and cook main dishes, both cold and warm buffets. Everything from Swedish's classical dishes to À la carte cuisine menus. We cook as much as possible using fresh ingredients and without unnecessary additives to provide sustainable, tasty and healthy meals. We offer a stimulating and exciting job in a well-established kitchen, where culinary experiences for the guest is always at the center.

We are looking for you, with a great passion for food, with earlier experience in kitchen work. You have a certificate as a chef and works in the profession as of today. This position requires you to be genuinely interested in cooking and enjoy teamwork. You Have a flexible approach with a “can do” attitude, can work independently and have a good eye for details. You strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner and possess the ability to work under pressure. You see constant opportunities for development and improvement and are fluent in English.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working in a team producing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
  • Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
  • Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
  • Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
  • Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
  • Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Satefty regulations
