Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to analyze, design and implement Digital IT solutions. You will play an important role in the implementation and rollout of digital projects in the Commercial area, especially eBusiness project.
Key tasks:
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
- Develop and analyze functional specifications
- Design efficient, scalable and highly available Digital solutions meeting business and technology needs
- Coordinate with developers to build and implement technology solutions
- Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
- Gather feedback from end users about system performance and adjust accordingly
- Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
- Drive decommissioning of not used tools and applications
- Provide advice and technical training
- Keep abreast of technology trends and developments
- Facilitate hand over acceptance test and user acceptance testing of deliveries
Required education, experience and job-related skills
- An academic background within the field of Information Technology
- Three to five years proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role
- Good understanding of software architecture, design principles and integrations patterns
- Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of business processes
- Solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and process excellence
- Experience working in an international environment with teams and stakeholders in multiple locations and time zones
- Experience with Commercial applications such as D365 CE and/or eCommerce would be an advantage
- Hand-on experience with Azure DevOps including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing preferred
- Fluent in English, verbal and in writing
- Excellent communication skills
