We are looking for motivated drivers for our department in Stavanger.
Connect Bus Rogaland, consisting of approximately 500 employees and 210 buses, is seeking customer-friendly and responsible bus drivers for full-time positions at the largest and most advanced bus depot in the Nordic region, located in excellent facilities at Forus.
Our bus drivers are responsible for ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for our passengers and being considerate co-participants in traffic.
The goal of our traffic safety work is to prevent serious accidents on the road. We aim for considerate and safe driving to avoid accidents and injuries.
As a bus driver, you are the company's representative and face outward, playing a significant role in passengers' experience of the bus journey. You take pride in your job and show respect for your colleagues and passengers.
In your daily work, you have responsibility for both the bus and the passengers. A bus driver must be able to make independent decisions and provide service in various situations, whether it's passenger inquiries or other traffic-related scenarios.
You must enjoy driving and feel comfortable working with people. All new drivers will receive thorough training. Interested? We look forward to having you start working with us.

- Bus driver's license, class D – preferably Norwegian
- EU professional driver competence certificate (CPC)
- CAP (YSK/code 95)
- Driving permit issued by the norwegian Police (Clean record for the last 4 years + Norwegian medical certificate)
- Proficiency in spoken Norwegian
- Minimum Norwegian language proficiency test, level B1 for oral communication, as well as comprehension, will be emphasized and assessed in each individual case.
- Applicants living in other countries must ensure they have the necessary permits to work as a professional driver in Norway.
- Ability to contribute to a good working environment.
