Bread Baker

The Bread Baker plays a significant role in day-to-day functionality at the Wild Flour Bakery. You will be responsible for all aspects of our bread production, from prepping and mixing to baking and storage. You will work efficiently with fresh, healthy ingredients to create an abundance of baked goods. The Bread Baker always operates in compliance with all health and safety regulations by ensuring adherence to sanitary and safe food handling guidelines.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake all varieties of breads according to the Wild Flour recipes and standards, while limiting waste.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the various kitchen areas.

• Ensure all refrigerators and storerooms are organized and maintained daily and that all food products are stored in accordance with regulations.

• Maintain the bakery's production schedule by following a strict daily routine.

• Clean, stock, and restock workstations.

• Follow proper reporting procedures for accidents and incidents to ensure follow-up and prevention.

• Always stay productive and prepare for future needs as time allows.

• Participate in merchandising and promotional activities.

• Work in partnership with the managers and other employees to maximize sales and store presence.

• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude.

• Adhere to established schedules.

• Assist with general kitchen operations as required
