We would require from the applicant:

  • Strong people management skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good people management skills
  • Working on your own initiative and part of a team
  • Good knowledge of HACCP & food safety
  • Willingness to understand and work machinery
  • Knowledge of boning

Remuneration Package:

  • €13 per hour with minimum 40 hours per week
  • 21 days paid annual leave
  • 5% contribution to company pension after 6 months in employment
