Sentido Apollo Palace Hotel is seeking a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our team for the 2025 season.

Anforderungen an die Stelle
  • The organization of the department
  • The operating procedures
  • Compliance with HACCP regulations (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
  • The inventory of the department
  • Orders (procurement)
Wünschenswert
  • Relevant work experience in luxury hotels or restaurants
  • Knowledge and experience in à la carte restaurant kitchens
  • Knowledge of themed cuisine (e.g., Italian, Asian) is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of the English language
  • Culinary school graduate
