Advansor is looking for a Production Planner for Operations to become a part of an international team driven by finding the best customer solutions

Your role

You will join the Planning team, working as central point of contact for a specific range of products. In this position you can expect responsibility of operational production planning, but also to have a wide range of development and continuous improvement tasks. A large part of this will relate to improving our operational reporting, making PowerBI and data analysis an integral part of your job.

We are in the process of implementing a new planning system where your experience and learning will contribute to shaping the outcome. Furthermore, the plan is to implement a new ERP system within the next year, which you will also be involved in.

Main tasks

• Daily production planning for a specific range of products
• Ensuring valid production master data in ERP incl. routings, Bill of Materials etc.
• Create and maintain Operations KPI reporting in PowerBI
• Supply chain data analysis, e.g. forecasting, safety stock levels, production capacity
• Develop and run continuous improvements in Planning
• Track and ensure on-time delivery of projects to logistic

You will have a broad range of contact points internally across all departments including the production, planning/logistics, development, sales, aftersales and engineering. Your most prominent success criteria will be mastering the discipline of production planning, optimizing, and developing workflows and successfully collaborating with other departments. 

Your background

We imagine that you come with a supply chain background, e.g. as cand.merc logistic, production engineer or similar. Preferably you bring some relevant experience from a supply chain position, either from a student position or a similar job.

To be successful in this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced organization and be able to speak to all levels of the organization. The position requires strong Microsoft Office skills and Navision experience is considered an advantage. An interest in and/or experience with PowerBI is also considered an advantage.

As a person you are an independent self-starter, and your analytical and structured mindset enables you to anticipate and handle issues in a proactive manner. You are curious of mind and not afraid to question the current way of doing things. it is important that you find it easy to create and maintain new relationships with stakeholders.

Our corporate language is English, and therefore, it is a requirement that you can communicate in English both orally and in writing.
