Daily tasks :
Preparation: cutting, chopping and portioning ingredients according to technical specifications.
Cooking: preparing dishes (sauces, meat, fish, vegetables) according to specified times and temperatures.
Plating: arranging plates according to the restaurant's presentation standards.
Quality control: checking the taste, texture and presentation before serving.
Stock management: monitoring supplies for the station, rotating products, reporting shortages.
Health and safety: complying with HACCP standards, cleaning the station and equipment after each service.
Training: continuous learning from the chef de partie and participating in team meetings.
You will assist the Chef de Partie at his/her station, but may also be required to work independently on different tasks, while adhering to the technical specifications.
Skills related to the position:

- Good command of HACCP techniques (health and hygiene standards)
- Organization and speed
- Ability to work in a team
- Essential experience in luxury hospitality
- Fluent English and French
